■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

(Upon Employment)

  • Work as part of the global development team, contributing enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Interpret requests for new functionality, and document the resulting requirements for inclusion in the prioritization process.
  • Provide 2nd level support assistance to the Production Support team, to enable effective and timely support of the production environment 
  • Design, develop, test, document, and support new applications (primarily web-based)
  • Perform R&D, ideation, and rapid POC development
  • Work directly with end users across departments for project requirement gathering and design

■ Experience and Qualifications

  • Back-end development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Python (3+ years)
  • Web application development experience with React (3+ years)
  • Ability to use SQL and design/work with databases such as MySQL
  • Experience with common development tools such as Git, Maven, Jira, and Confluence 
  • Advanced business to native level spoken and written English language skills
  • Proactiveness, with the ability to learn and work both independently and within small teams
