Full Stack Development - Director

■ 職務内容

As a Full Stack Development Director, you’ll craft roadmaps and strategic visions, becoming a beacon of innovation for our clients.

You will define optimal architecture decisions and design guidelines according to the characteristics of each customer, business, project, and team, and lead the team to make appropriate technical choices.

What you’ll do

• You will be involved in the creation, verification, and development of architectural prototypes.
• You will be involved in formulating, implementing, and deploying an application architecture according to the characteristics of the project, as an application architect or candidate for web or mobile app development projects.
• Responsible for the formulation, implementation, and deployment of development standards.
• You will continuously analyze and review the architecture and the current technical environment, and develop improvement proposals.
• You will keep up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends and consider and promote the introduction of technologies and architectures based on maturity and effectiveness.
• Assist team members in adhering to architectural decisions and design guidelines.
• Understand the customer's political climate and culture, and control, discuss, explain, and persuade the customer's and team members' expectations of the architecture. 

■ 応募資格

• Experience from proposal to delivery in web/mobile app development.
• Presales experience in various Microsoft services and technologies.
• Experience in formulating system architecture.
• Application architecture review experience.
• Experience communicating in English at work (level of telephone and video conferencing).
• Management/lead experience of a minimum of 3 years.
• The ability to explain and negotiate with clients and team members).
• If Japanese is not your native language, you must have business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT: N1 is a guideline)

Technical characteristics desired for this role

• Experience in application architecture development, implementation, and deployment in either web or mobile app development (5+ years of experience).
• Web application development experience using React/Angular/Vue.js (or mobile app development experience using Swift/Kotlin/Flutter).
• Development experience using Azure/AWS/GCP cloud technology.
• API development experience using C#/Node.js/Java/Go.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Scrum knowledge
• DevOps knowledge
• Experience in building environments using container technology (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of Azure/AWS/GCP cloud design patterns
