ADAS AI/ML Engineer

Operating within the Industrial Autonomy & Engineering (IA&E) business unit of a globally renowned IT services and consulting powerhouse, this team is driving the digital transformation of Software-Defined Vehicles (SDVs). Collaborating closely with world-leading Tier-1 automotive suppliers, the team works on complex, multi-program engagements dedicated to end-to-end AD/ADAS system development.
■ Your Role and Responsibilities
Design, train, and optimize state-of-the-art deep learning models for autonomous driving perception and sensor fusion. You will process real-world data from cameras, LiDAR, and radar sensors, coordinate with embedded and validation teams for edge deployment and model tuning, and conduct rigorous validation to resolve complex edge cases for production-ready ADAS systems.
■ Experience and Qualifications
- Strong programming skills in Python and hands-on deep learning experience (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Practical experience developing and deploying ADAS perception models (e.g., object detection, semantic segmentation).
- Experience working with multi-sensor systems and sensor fusion techniques.
- Familiarity with tracking and prediction models (e.g., SORT, LSTM, Transformers).
- Advanced business-level English and Japanese.
■ Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with edge hardware optimization and deployment in vehicles.
- Exposure to multimodal AI architectures and large-scale data pipelines.
- Knowledge of system safety standards or AI validation methodologies.
