■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

● Research and development of large-scale visual language models 

● Building a development infrastructure for large-scale visual language models

● Designing benchmarks to evaluate the capabilities of large-scale visual language models 

● Data engineering, building a data infrastructure 

● Publishing research results in papers

● Experience developing in a team using software development platforms such as GitHub 

● Experience developing machine learning models using a distributed parallel environment such as Megatron-LM or PyTorch 

● Master's degree in information systems or a similar field, or equivalent experience 

● Experience reading and understanding papers and reproducing implementations or modifying algorithms

 

■ Experience and Qualifications

● Experience in research and development of large-scale visual language models 

● PhD in information systems or a similar field 

● Experience as a project leader/sub-leader 

● Experience building DevOps/MLOps environments 

● Experience building evaluation benchmarks 

● Experience having papers accepted at top conferences/top journals in the field of computer science
