Job Title: Business Analyst Experience: 2~9 years Language Requirement: Business level in Japanese (Native/N2+) and English (Intermediate Level) Below are the job details for your reference and sourcing: Must-Have Skills:

l Strong experience in requirement analysis, design, and validation of complex business applications

l Ability to lead technical discussions, elicit requirements, document designs, and drive issue resolution through stakeholder negotiation

l Exposure to Billing, Provisioning, Order Management, Charging Systems, or large-scale digital transformation projects

l Solid understanding of application servers, databases, APIs (REST/SOAP)

l Experience in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with multitasking and quick learning capabilities

l Skilled in system architecture, design specifications, testing, and user training

l Proficient in analyzing business and development specs, conducting feasibility studies, and generating documentation

l Deep understanding of software development lifecycle

l JLPT N2+ certification with strong command of Japanese

Preferred Skills:

l Experience with BSS platforms such as Netcracker (preferred), Amdocs, Huawei, Ericsson, Oracle

l Familiarity with Telecom industry standards like Frameworx (eTOM, TNA, SID), ITIL, IEEE

l Knowledge of Core Billing, Usage Mediation, Rating Engines, Revenue Assurance, Collections, and integration with accounting systems

l Ability to create progress reports, presentations, and support planning and risk assessment

l Strong customer-facing experience, especially in the Japanese market
