Their rapidly expanding Fukuoka development center, established in late 2010s, focuses on creating and operating core SaaS products for business clients. Fukuoka development center is the biggest in Japan, though their head office is in Tokyo.

 

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

(Upon Employment) Design and implement automated tests for functional and non-functional aspects, maintain CI/CD test systems, plan testing strategies, and ensure high software quality standards.

(Scope of any potential changes) Duties as defined by the company

 

■ Experience and Qualifications

・3+ years of development or automated testing experience using scripting languages.

・Interest in QA and software quality. 

・Japanese proficiency at N3 level or higher, capable of basic communication with translation tools.

・ English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 700 or above, able to participate in English meetings and communications.

 

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

・Background in computer science or related field.

・Experience writing detailed and precise requirement specifications. 

・Experience in AI development or using AI tools, aligned with the company's AI strategy.

■ Salary 

JPY 6,408,000 to 10,008,000 annually (includes fixed overtime and night work allowances). Bonus possible based on performance and company results.
