■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

Design, develop, and maintain cross-functional data infrastructure across the company

Manage and optimize data pipelines and integration workflows

Consolidate data from internal products, services, and CRM platforms into a centralized data lake

Distribute data from the data lake to analytics and machine learning platforms in an efficient and secure manner

Build and support infrastructure for large-scale data analysis

Monitor and improve data warehouse (DWH) performance

Ensure high standards of data quality, reliability, and governance

Japanese: Not required, but advantageous

English: Fluent in both spoken and written communication

 

■ Experience and Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer

Strong proficiency in Python and SQL

Practical experience in developing and maintaining systems on AWS or Google Cloud

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

Experience building and managing data lakes and data warehouse infrastructure

Background in web application development

Experience working with distributed data processing systems

Familiarity with database performance optimization and tuning

Background in AI development and/or experience using AI tools to enhance data engineering workflows
