• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, as well as use cases.

• Support project teams in setting up repeatable and efficient development models.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and approaches.
• Collaborate with architects and business analysts to create detailed system requirement specifications.
• Engage in projects solving business challenges within the system landscape.
• Assist in implementing changes and improvements in existing applications.
• Help define technical solutions aligned with business goals to enhance operational efficiencies.
• Conduct production issue analysis and recommend system improvements.

■ Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance domain.
• At least 5 years of experience developing system specifications.
• Ability to link functionality with data across multiple systems.
• Proven experience in supporting technical teams and ensuring project outcome success.
• Experience working with business users and counterparts across markets, regions, and globally.

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Insurance certifications
• Experience working with Non-Policy Administration Systems is a plus.
• Japanese conversational skills (Being able to communicate with stakeholders)
