■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

You will be responsible for leading the development of our AI generation products as a tech lead.
• As this is a startup in its launch phase, you will handle a broad range of areas including backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure.
• You may also have the opportunity to lead the launch of new products, in addition to managing existing ones.

• As a tech lead, you will have the experience of leading a team, and you will have the opportunity to be involved in launching new products.
• Our team has a high ratio of international members, allowing you to work in a global perspective and environment.

■ Experience and Qualifications

• We emphasize code review and pair programming
• We are conscious of improving code readability and maintainability.
• We choose agile, waterfall, or ad hoc methods depending on the project.

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Daily conversation level Japanese skills
