■ Role and Responsibilities

Designers go beyond creating user interfaces; they focus on crafting products from both a business and user-centric perspective, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience. 

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design vision for mobile products and applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Oversee the complete design process from concept through to delivery, ensuring high-quality, user-centered designs are completed on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate design solutions into product development, advocating for user-centered design principles.
• Enhance communication with external partners and internal stakeholders, managing expectations to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to foster their professional growth.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all design deliverables, including design systems, guidelines, and documentation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
• Rapidly iterate on design concepts and prototypes based on user feedback and data analysis to continuously improve the user experience.
• Facilitate the enhancement and development of internal design processes.
• Manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

■ Experience and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer for web and mobile platforms (web/iOS/Android) for consumer products.
• Experience mentoring team members and helping them grow, while coordinating efforts within the team.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and represent the product’s best interests.
• Ability to articulate and explain design output effectively to development teams.
• Knowledge or strong interest in Web3 technologies, with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to create prototypes and follow a step-by-step design process.
• Fluent in Japanese and business-level English.

■ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a UX researcher.
• Graphic design skills.
• Front-end development skills.
