Frontend Engineering Manager

■ Your Role and Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of user-centric frontend solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Set priorities, budgets, roadmaps, and goals for the frontend team in coordination with product management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define development requirements and ensure alignment with product goals.
Recruit, mentor, and grow a professional team consisting of frontend/backend developers
Promote a culture of ownership and accountability over our development processes, making them seamless and efficient.

■ Experience and Qualifications

7+ years of management experience in frontend/backend engineering teams.
A deep understanding of frontend technologies, UI/UX design principles, and integration patterns.
Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities with both frontend and backend engineers.
Experience in project management, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
A proven track record of delivering integrated solutions that meet business requirements.
