Machine Learning Engineer (Financial Business Area)

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

As a machine learning engineer, you will play a role in accelerating the development of financial services using AI and machine learning technologies. (Equivalent to Tech Lead)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Collaborating with internal engineers and data scientists to develop financial services utilizing machine learning.
• Defining software requirements for solving business problems and quality requirements specific to machine learning systems.
• Promoting a developer culture for efficiency and quality improvement, such as code reviews and testing, and actively working to enhance the maturity of MLOps beyond individual projects or teams.

■ Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in product development using Python
• Experience leading teams (approximately 5 to 10 members)
• Experience and knowledge of MLOps
• Development experience using cloud services

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Contributions to machine learning libraries and open-source software
• Development experience with in-house MLOps platforms
• Research experience or implementation of papers in machine learning/data science fields
• Degree in data science/computer science-related fields
• Business English proficiency (TOEIC score of 800 or higher)
