■ Research Engineer / Research Scientist (LLM/VLM)

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

● Conduct R&D on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision-Language Models (VLMs) and translate research findings into business value.

● Solve challenges related to model training methodologies, data processing, and evaluation.

● Research and development of LLMs and VLMs.

● Building development infrastructure for LLMs and VLMs.

● Data engineering and construction of data pipelines/infrastructure.

● Publishing research results at academic conferences.

■ Experience and Qualifications

● Experience in team-based software development using platforms like GitHub.

● Master’s degree in Computer Science (or a related field) OR equivalent professional experience.

● Experience reading academic papers to reproduce implementations or modify algorithms.

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

● Direct R&D experience with LLMs and VLMs.

● Experience in large-scale data analysis and curation.

● Experience developing ML models in distributed/parallel environments using Megatron-LM, PyTorch, etc.

● Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.

● Experience as a project leader or sub-leader.

● Experience building DevOps/MLOps environments.

● Track record of publications in top-tier conferences or journals in the field of Computer Science.
