  • Experience in embedded product system architecture or hardware/software development.
  • Native or high-level business Japanese fluency to lead negotiations with Japanese car manufacturers.
  • Basic conversational English with a proactive willingness to learn and collaborate with global teams.

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • System design experience aligned with A-SPICE or ISO 26262 standards.
  • Basic knowledge of C language or Model-Based Development using MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Business-level English proficiency with a track record of working alongside overseas development hubs or global OEMs.
  • Background in ECU design or direct engineering experience within an OEM environment.

■ Good Reasons to Join

  • High-Impact Innovation: Work at the intersection of ADAS and automotive design, creating tangible exterior lighting systems visible on the road every day.
  • Fast-Track Leadership: Direct career trajectory aimed at stepping into managerial roles within a few years.
  • Global Collaboration: Work daily within a tight-knit local team of 12 while leveraging overseas design centers and international resources.
  • Strong Benefits: Flexible working hours, hybrid framework (1 day remote/week), 121 annual holidays, and leased housing support.
