■ Company Overview
A newly established strategic IT organization dedicated to insourcing and driving the management, operation, and design of large-scale IT infrastructure, including networks and security, across a major beverage manufacturer group.
■ Job Description
(At time of hire) Lead the design, construction, and operations management of large-scale networks and security systems connecting the entire group (approx. 450 sites, multiple private data centers, and AWS/Azure environments).
Currently, operations are primarily outsourced to vendors, but the company plans to drive a massive network infrastructure refresh and promote insourcing.
You will be involved in upstream processes such as requirements definition and project management, as well as establishing frameworks like internal rules and procedures for the new team.
(Scope of change) Business tasks determined by the company
■ Requirements (Must-have)
・Cisco CCNP / CCIE certification or equivalent professional knowledge
Approx. 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and operating large-scale networks with multiple routing protocols
・Experience in advanced troubleshooting with domestic and international vendors/departments using Japanese and English (business level)
・Intermediate level or higher knowledge of network security systems (such as Firewall/SASE) and cybersecurity
・Knowledge of cloud networking in multi-cloud environments (Azure/AWS)
Approx. 5 years of experience in IT project management and vendor control
・High communication skills with stakeholders at various levels (including non-technical staff) and experience reporting to executive leadership using PowerPoint
・Strong willingness to learn other technology domains
■ Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have)
・Hands-on experience in configuring and operating network security products
・Experience or expertise in wireless LAN, data center networks, and branch networks (SD-WAN, etc.)
・Practical experience in IP management (DNS/DHCP, etc.), digital certificates, and various monitoring tools (SNMP/SIEM, etc.)
・Experience in standardizing processes, defining policies, and creating manuals
・Experience in corporate administrative management within an enterprise, including internal approvals (Ringi), change requests, budget management, contract management, and order processing
・Infrastructure design/construction experience in the manufacturing, logistics, or retail industries, or experience in system design considering disaster recovery (BCP/DR)
・Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, etc.) or a track record of managing large-scale projects
