■ Research Engineer/Research Scientist (Speech and Music Infrastructure Models)

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

● Research and development of speech and language models (speech dialogue, recognition, synthesis, translation, etc.) 

● Verification of methods for generating and preprocessing large-scale speech data 

● Development of learning methods that integrate linguistic knowledge and speech processing capabilities 

● Design of benchmarks to evaluate the unique capabilities of speech and language models 

● Dissemination of research results through publication of papers and patent applications

■ Experience and Qualifications

● The ability to proactively drive large-scale learning projects and execute them. 

● Experience in developing models for speech recognition, speech synthesis, speech translation, or speech dialogue. 

● Implementation skills in Python and experience using deep learning frameworks (such as PyTorch). 

● Experience working in a team using software development platforms such as GitHub. 

● A degree in information technology or a similar field (Master's degree or higher preferred).

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

● PhD in information science or a related field 

● PExperience with paper acceptance at top international conferences (ICASSP/INTERSPEECH/ACL/EMNLP, etc.) 

● PExperience in developing code for large-scale distributed learning 

● Ability to engage in smooth discussions in both Japanese and English
