■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

• Lead architecture design and core technology decisions to maximize system quality and reliability.
• Drive modernization efforts for financial systems by resolving technical debt and building scalable foundations.
• Engage in hands-on development for complex, high-impact tasks.
• Establish and maintain technical standards, including development guidelines and testing strategies.
• Mentor mid-level engineers through code reviews, OJT, and career guidance.
• Collaborate with business teams and client engineering groups to communicate technical feasibility and architectural direction.

■ Experience and Qualifications

• 7+ years of practical experience as a software engineer.
• Proven experience leading teams of 3+ members as a Senior Engineer or Tech Lead.
• Deep expertise in at least two major stacks: Spring (Java/Kotlin), Vue.js/Nuxt.js, Go, or C#.NET.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and IaC (Terraform).
• Experience designing modern systems (microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture).
• Fluent technical communication skills in English for collaboration within a multinational team.

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial system or FinTech development with high security standards.
• Experience in consulting-style upstream processes and proposing technical solutions to customers.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise systems and PoC/MVP development.
• Experience introducing and operating agile practices (Scrum, Kanban).]
