Role Overview

We are seeking a Research Engineer or Research Scientist to work on cutting-edge generative AI technologies, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications in science, engineering, drug discovery, and medicine.  

■ Your Role and Responsibilities
● Research, train, and evaluate LLMs and LLM-based agents 

● Develop and integrate AI systems to support scientific and industrial use cases 

● Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on joint research 

● Publish research outcomes and contribute to intellectual property creation 

■ Experience and Qualifications
● Strong English communication skills 

● Proficiency in Python and modern software development practices 

● Experience with collaborative development using GitHub or similar tools 

● Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field 

● Strong interest and hands-on experience in LLMs and AI-driven scientific    research

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications
● Research publications or real-world AI application experience 

● Background in interdisciplinary fields such as ML applied to science, engineering, or healthcare 

● Recognition in data science competitions (e.g., Kaggle) 

● Experience in web application development
