■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

As a Full Stack Engineer within Systems Department, you will:

• Develop frontend and backend modules by leveraging Generative AI tools such as Copilot and Claude Code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, architecture, and design teams to ship end-to-end products and develop scalable APIs.
• Manage the API catalog, services, and artifacts with clear documentation.
• Write unit test cases, troubleshoot, and perform bug fixes.
• Monitor and automate APIs while following industry standards for microservices.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure successful delivery.

■ Experience and Qualifications

• Experience: 3–6 years of development experience, ideally with Japan-based insurance solutions (commercial/consumer lines).
• Technical Stack: Proficiency in Java, Spring-boot, JPA, Python, and React JS or Angular.
• API & Messaging: Strong knowledge of SOAP/RESTful protocols and experience with tools like APIGEE, Rabbit MQ, or Azure Service Bus.
• Cloud & Containers: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes/Docker Compose.
• Language: Japanese (N3 and above) and Business English fluency.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Experience improving efficiency and reducing costs through organizational change or business unit integration.
• Experience operationalizing development strategies across diverse technology and infrastructure entities.
• Familiarity with code quality tools like SonarQube or Fortify.
