■ Lead Software Engineer

■ Your Role and Responsibilities
● We expect this person to plan and design the technical solution, communicate with stakeholders and work with the development team to deliver the product.

● Understand product needs to define system specifications. 

● Plan and design the structure of a technology solution. 

● Communicate system requirements to software development teams. 

● Evaluate and select appropriate software/hardware and suggest/design integration methods. 

● Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to team members. 

● Hands on and assist with solving technical problems when they arise. 

● Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure .

■ Experience and Qualifications

● At least 10 years of experience in product development. 

●Experience in leading an engineering team. 

● Communication skill to keep various stakeholders on the same page. 

● Proven experience in Architecture design, programming languages (Java/JavaScript/HTML), databases(MYSQL, MongoDB), frameworks (Spring/Spring boot/jQuery). 

● Proven experience of troubleshooting and data analysis 

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications
● Experience as Technically working with cross-functional teams. 

● Familiar with Agile practices. 

● Familiarity with big data technologies- Hadoop, Hive. 

● Understanding of advertising technologies and solutions.
