■ Position Details
As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer, you will work primarily with React.js and TypeScript to build new reporting features for a cloud-based accounting module, which is part of a modular ERP system covering accounting, finance, and HR. The goal is to help users easily view and understand their company's financial status through user-driven features. A key challenge involves efficiently handling large volumes of data to ensure a smooth and responsive user experience.

■ Your Role and Responsibilities
●  Build reporting features for a cloud accounting product using React.js and TypeScript 

● Develop scalable and maintainable frontend code

● Lead technical direction within the team 

● Collaborate on product specs and customer feedback
● Define both functional and non-functional system requirements
● Work closely with cross-functional teams (PMs, designers, engineers) 

● Deploy and monitor software in production 

● Troubleshoot and resolve production issues 

● Share knowledge and mentor team members 

● Drive improvements in development processes and team collaboration
●  Fluent in English.

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in financial domain (e.g. accounting, reporting) 

● Familiarity with Next.js 

● Backend experience (e.g. Go) 

● Knowledge of CI/CD practices 

● Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms 

● System design and infrastructure skills 

● Proven track record of delivering production-ready software 

●Interest in learning Japanese
