■ Your Role and Responsibilities
• Lead a team of 5–6 engineers to develop IT tools, applications, and services supporting core development functions.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical delivery plans.
• Oversee project execution to ensure delivery within time, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage internal and vendor teams, reviewing deliverables for quality and compliance.
• Promote a collaborative and innovative culture through mentorship, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
• Drive automation, new tool adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders, aligning strategy and execution.
■ Experience and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development and project delivery.
• Experience managing small to mid-sized technical teams.
• Strong technical expertise in: Java, .NET, OpenAPI, React.js/Angular, SQL/NoSQL databases, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), REST/SOAP APIs, and CI/CD tools.
• Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above).
• Familiarity with GenAI, GitHub Copilot, LLMs, and API management tools (APIGEE, API Gateway, etc.).
• Experience in the insurance domain preferred.

• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies.
