■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

• 5+ years of server-side application development experience.
• Experience and skills in issue handling and incident response.
• Knowledge of and experience using scalable data storage technology such as MySQL.
• Fundamental computer science knowledge.
• Business level verbal communication skills in Japanese or English.
• Business level written communication skills in English.

■ Experience and Qualifications

• JVM application tuning and monitoring.
• Development experience with Kotlin
• Experience in the coaching, management and/or leadership of a technical team.
• Kubernetes- based application development.

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

Product and Service Development: Kotlin, Ktor
• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch
• Storage: MySQL
• Infrastructure: Container（Kubernetes）, VM/PM on Private Cloud.
• Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, Configuration repository: ArgoCD, GitHub Actions
