■ Your Role and Responsibilities

● Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and other teams to design, implement, and deliver complex, large-scale systems.
● Leverage infrastructure to address and solve large-scale challenges effectively.
● Share knowledge, participate in code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices.
● Triage, debug, and resolve product issues or incoming inquiries promptly.
● Adopt a problem-solving mindset, focusing on root causes, and provide ongoing support for the code in production.

■ Experience and Qualifications
● Strong experience in object-oriented programming (OOP) languages such as C# or JVM languages like Scala, with a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and concurrency.
● Expertise in RDBMS, NoSQL databases, and distributed caching, with hands-on experience in implementing platform components such as RESTful APIs, Pub/Sub systems, and database clients.
● Proficient in designing and developing high-traffic systems, leveraging microservices and event-driven architectures for scalability and performance.
● Familiar with AWS infrastructure, including ECS, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, and CI/CD with AWS CodePipeline.
● Experience working in agile environments with tools like GitHub, IntelliJ, JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and Slack for documentation, project management, and communication.
● Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or 3+ years of equivalent experience in SaaS platform development, with business-level English proficiency.

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications
● Strong knowledge of domain-driven development, with extensive experience in Java and Spring Boot, as well as gRPC and Kafka for building scalable systems.
● Proven ability to work in multicultural environments, with experience in stakeholder management and collaborating across diverse teams.
● Japanese conversational proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication within international teams.
