■ Your Role and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for regular Customer Support (CS) operations
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues
- Extract data for Disclosure Requests
- Develop data disclosure tools
- Ensure support for authentication, security, and auditing
- Include tools designed for use in the Secure Room
- Periodically report common CS issues and trends to the development team using measurable KPIs
- Manage platform Service Level Objectives (SLO) and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Develop additional features for the internal Content Management System (CMS)
■ Experience and Qualifications
Experience in developing products using frameworks like Spring Boot, and proficiency in programming with JVM languages or C/C++ (1-2 years)
Proficient in using SQL
Knowledge of basic encryption principles
Ability to communicate in written Japanese using tools such as Confluence or Slack
■ Preferred Experience/Skills
Experience in developing or operating a B2C platform
Background in platform engineering or Customer Reliability Engineering (CRE)
Ability to communicate in Japanese or Korean with Product Managers, QA, and non-technical personnel both inside and outside the company
Familiarity with tooling and APIs related to Confluence, Jira, Tableau, Box, PagerDuty
Experience querying big data using interfaces like Hive or Spark
Previous experience with on-call support
Understanding of privacy laws and regulations
