■ Research Scientist / Research Engineer (AI4Science)

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

● Driving the following activities in collaboration with team members: 

●  Define user-centric problems and develop solutions, particularly through the application of large language models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems

● Integrate and evaluate developed methods within our AI platform 

● Patent application of research outcomes 

● Conference presentation and publication

 

■ Experience and Qualifications

● Demonstrated expertise and a track record of achievement in either drug discovery or life sciences (eg, first-author publications, commercialization) ● Research experience in AI/ML and the ability to develop research prototypes and software systems 

● Experience collaborating on software development projects using platforms such as GitHub 

● Master's degree or higher in pharmacy, life sciences, computer science, or a related field 

● Experience conducting research and development in an independent yet collaborative manner in at least one of the following areas: 

● Interdisciplinary research at the intersection of drug discovery/life sciences and AI/ML 

● Large language models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems 

● Professional proficiency in English (team communication and discussions are conducted in English)

 

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

● Significant contributions to the development of bioinformatics software (commercial or open-source), including applications such as genomic data analysis

● Major contributions to the development of computational chemistry software (commercial or open-source) in areas such as molecular modeling, molecular simulation, and quantum chemistry

● A proven track record of first-author publications in top-tier conferences or journals in the relevant field, or medal-winning achievements in recognized competitions

● Deep understanding of challenges in drug discovery and life science research, with experience in wet-lab or clinical research

● Experience developing AI-powered products in drug discovery, life sciences, or related domains.
