As part of the Global Execution Services Technology team, you'll contribute to the development of a mission-critical algorithmic trading platform that supports institutional clients across more than 65 global markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Java engineers with algorithmic trading expertise to work on high-performance, low-latency trading systems while collaborating with Quantitative Research, Trading, and Global Technology teams in a fast-paced international environment.

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

●Design, develop, and enhance a global algorithmic trading platform for equity markets.

●Deliver new features, platform enhancements, and bug fixes for mission-critical trading systems.

●Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including technical analysis, system design, development, testing, and deployment.

●Collaborate closely with Quantitative Researchers to bring new trading strategies to market.

●Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for front-office trading applications when required.

●Ensure adherence to engineering standards, architecture guidelines, and development best practices.

●Work closely with business stakeholders and global development teams to prioritize and deliver projects.

●Support system upgrades and implementation of new trading platform capabilities.

 

■ Experience and Qualifications

●3+ years of experience designing and developing algorithmic trading systems for equity markets.

●Strong hands-on development experience using Java.

●Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

●Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

●Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural team environment.

●Self-motivated with strong ownership and time management skills
