GNC Flight Software Engineer

■ Your Role and Responsibilities
(Upon Employment) Develop and maintain Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) flight software in C/C++ and Python. Responsible for spacecraft dynamics simulations, sensor and actuator modeling, GNC algorithm prototyping, CI/CD pipeline automation, and cross-functional team collaboration.

■ Experience and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 2+ years of experience, or Master's/PhD with relevant project or research experience.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python.
• Strong programming proficiency in C/C++.
• Practical experience with collaborative software development using Git and modern workflows.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Business-level English proficiency.
■ Additional Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Docker and containerized development setups.
• Experience in automated software testing, debugging, and verification frameworks.
• Hands-on experience developing spacecraft dynamics, sensor, and actuator models.
• Experience prototyping GNC algorithms and executing Monte Carlo analyses in simulation environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile development practices.
• Experience supporting flight software, robotics, autonomous systems, or mission-critical systems.
• Business-level Japanese proficiency.
