■ Security Engineer (Team Lead)

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

● You will be responsible for providing technical leadership and driving projects related to outsourced development and implementation, with a primary focus on security measures.

Tech Lead / Architect Duties

● Formulating implementation plans for Zero Trust networks (SASE, Zscaler, etc.) and defining security requirements

● Supporting the development of company-wide security policies and guidelines, and handling audits

● Leading the design and implementation of cloud security solutions (CSPM/CWPP)

● Planning vulnerability assessments and supporting the establishment of incident response (CSIRT) frameworks

● Providing technical support to team members, reviewing log analyses, and managing quality.

● Project management (scheduling, progress tracking, and resource management)

● Coordinating requirements, providing regular reports, and negotiating with the client's information systems department (CISO/CIO, etc.)

● Planning the operational handover following the implementation of security products

 

■ Experience and Qualifications

● Experience in designing and building cloud infrastructure environments (ideally 3+ years)

● Experience in team leadership or in supporting and mentoring team members

● A strong desire to develop the ability to drive the entire project forward, beyond just technical expertise

 

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

● Practical experience in project management (PM/PL)

● Advanced certifications such as Registered Information Security Specialist (RISS), CISSP, or CISA

● Practical experience in incident response (e.g., forensic investigations)

● Knowledge of security design in cloud environments (AWS/Azure)

● Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISMS (ISO 27001) or NIST
