■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

● Develop and implement systems that leverage large-scale language models (LLM) to deliver user value

● Design and build scalable machine learning systems and AI-driven applications

● Translate early-stage or ambiguous requirements into robust technical solutions

● Improve model performance through experimentation, evaluation, and optimization

● Design and manage development processes to improve team productivity

● Work closely with engineering teams to integrate ML models into production environments

● Contribute to system architecture, model deployment, and continuous improvement

 

■ Experience and Qualifications

● Practical experience in MLOps implementation 

● Design of quantitative evaluation metrics and benchmark construction for model performance 

● Practical experience in statistical analysis, numerical processing, visualization, and modeling 

● Skills in exploratory analysis, data preprocessing, and hypothesis testing on real-world data 

● Contributions to open-source software, publication of papers, and activity in the technical community

 

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) or natural language processing

● Experience implementing MLOps practices such as model deployment and monitoring

● Experience designing evaluation metrics and benchmarking model performance

● Knowledge of statistical analysis, numerical computing, and data visualization
