■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

As an integral member of the DevOps Team, you will focus on implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools.Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube, Liquibase, and Veracode.
• Supporting Solution and Service Delivery teams in running pipelines and documenting best practices.
• Coordinating with technical audiences and leadership on DevOps enablement and software engineering practices.
• Leading release readiness through automation and collaborating with engineering leaders to maximize quality and delivery velocity.
• Staying current with CI/CD technologies and evangelizing platform capabilities within the organization.

■ Experience and Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software development using technologies like Java, Python, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, or .NET.
• 2+ years of experience specifically implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Source Code management tools (GitHub, BitBucket, GitLab, etc.) and CI tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, AWS Code Build, etc.).
• Experience with testing tools such as JUnit, Selenium, JMeter, or Cucumber.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Business level proficiency in both Japanese and English.

• Clear communication skills with the ability to share accurate information respectfully and efficiently.
• Ability to collaborate with global DevOps personnel and infrastructure services.
