Their dynamic Fukuoka development hub, established in the late 2010s, focuses on creating and operating core SaaS products for business clients. Fukuoka development center is the biggest in Japan, though its head office is in Tokyo.

 

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

(Upon Employment)You will be responsible for the frontend development of our business-focused cloud services. The role involves tackling a wide range of challenges close to the user, including UI/UX, performance, and accessibility. You will contribute to enhancing user value, modernizing our development environment, and resolving technical debt.

(Scope of any potential changes) Duties as defined by the company

 

■ Experience and Qualifications

・Must be currently residing in Japan.

・Business-level English proficiency.

・Experience developing web applications with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

・Experience using component-based frameworks like React or Vue.

 

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

・Development experience with TypeScript and/or GraphQL.

・Knowledge of web accessibility, web performance, and UI/UX design principles.

・Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest) and build tools (e.g., webpack).

・Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

・Experience with AI tools for development or contributions to open-source software.

■ Salary 

Annual Salary: ¥6,408,000 - ¥10,008,000. This is a monthly salary system that includes fixed allowances. A performance-based bonus may also be provided.
