■ Role and Responsibilities

You will focus on creating and delivering top-tier business systems and operational processes. As a dedicated member of the Agile Work Team, you will act as a key liaison between the operations team and the implementation of new technologies, driving efficiency and error-free processes for our users.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Define and communicate the vision, objectives, and goals for the product, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog, creating and refining user stories, and presenting them to the team for development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
• Work closely with scrum teams, refining and accepting user stories and bugs to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and execute UAT test cases, facilitate testing, track results, and collaborate with the scrum master and Agile team to resolve issues.
• Represent the team to external stakeholders and leaders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on progress.
• Support and champion the Agile process, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Foster a spirit of teamwork and collaboration, encouraging input from all levels within the organization.
• Continually seek ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships.

■ Experience and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in B2C/mobile products (SNS/web3/high-user experience is a plus).
• Strong desire and ability to quickly learn about web3 technologies.
• Analytical mindset with experience using raw data for decision-making.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM project management concepts.
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Japanese.

■ Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with process improvement initiatives.
• Background in engineering or UI/UX design.
• Experience managing products with 10 million+ MAU.
• Experience in game planning or gamification design.
• Web3-related experience.
