■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Cloud Platform Architect. Your role will involve collaboration across teams and ensuring that cloud solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with IT architecture best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of scalable and secure cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud architecture best practices are implemented.
• Represent Japan in global infrastructure standardization efforts, considering local needs.
• Provide hands-on guidance to solution architects and ensure alignment with the target IT architecture.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their impact on cloud platforms.
• Manage and address technical debts across the enterprise.
• Define and maintain cloud platform standards, policies, and procedures.
• Evaluate and recommend cloud services and technologies that meet business needs.
• Ensure cloud architecture aligns with the overall technology strategy.
• Drive continuous improvements in cloud platform performance.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in cloud platform architecture.

■ Experience and Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in architecture disciplines (Applications, Data, Technical, Security).
• Extensive experience in cloud platform architecture, design, and implementation.
• Strong expertise in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable, secure cloud solutions.
• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) preferred.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese (N2 or above) and English.
