■ Your Role and Responsibilities

■ Experience and Qualifications

● At least 2 years of experience in research or development related to Natural Language Processing (NLP) or machine learning.

● Strong interest in and knowledge of the field.

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in research and development related to NLP and large language models.

● Experience in evaluating natural language, developing benchmarks, or building language resources.

● Deep knowledge of machine learning and deep learning.

● Knowledge of classical (pre-deep learning) methods in NLP.

● Knowledge of linguistics or Japanese linguistics.

● Proficiency in manual data inspection (e.g., manually searching through datasets or visually verifying data).

● Experience in reading research papers, reproducing implementations, or improving existing algorithms.

● Experience in research and development involving large-scale computation.

● Experience in improving the operation of machine learning systems.

● Experience presenting research at international conferences (including having papers accepted at top-tier international conferences).

● Experience winning medals in data science competitions (e.g., Kaggle).
