■ Your Role and Responsibilities
● You will be responsible for providing technical leadership and driving project execution for cloud-based contract development projects.
Tech Lead / Architect Responsibilities
● Formulating cloud adoption plans, evaluating system architecture, and defining security requirements
● Leading design and implementation using AWS, Azure, or GCP; promoting Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
● Providing technical support to team members, conducting code reviews, and managing quality
PL/PM Responsibilities
*Assigned based on your experience and career aspirations
● Managing project schedules, progress, and resources
● Coordinating requirements with clients, handling regular reporting, and managing negotiations
● Formulating migration plans and leading issue resolution
■ Experience and Qualifications
● Practical experience in architecture design or serving as a lead engineer within the infrastructure domain (cloud, network, or server)
● Ability to translate a client's abstract requirements into concrete concepts and propose/explain them as technical solutions
● A proactive mindset toward establishing systems and improving processes, without being bound by existing methods
■ Additional Preferred Qualifications
● Practical experience in project management (PM/PL)
● Experience leading upstream phases (requirements definition, basic design)
● Experience with modern development practices using container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes) or IaC (Terraform, etc.)
