Career Opportunity: AI Consultant (Generative AI / LLM)  in Tokyo, Japan

We are seeking passionate AI Consultants to help organizations transform their businesses through Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Data-Driven Innovation.

This is a unique opportunity where you'll join a company while simultaneously working with its group company—combining the stability of an established consulting firm with the innovation and agility of a rapidly growing AI startup.

You'll work alongside enterprise clients to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions that go beyond automation to create measurable business value.

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

●Advise clients on AI strategy and digital transformation initiatives.

●Design and deliver Generative AI and LLM-powered business solutions.

●Develop AI applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.

●Integrate LLM APIs into enterprise systems.

●Analyze client business challenges and recommend AI-driven solutions.

●Lead AI implementation projects from planning through deployment.

●Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership.

●Drive AI adoption and innovation across multiple industries.

■ Experience and Qualifications

●Professional experience developing applications with Python.

●Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI (LLM) APIs.

●Strong data handling skills (CSV, JSON, YAML).

●Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead discussions with clients and project teams.

●Passion for AI innovation and solving complex business problems.

Preferred:

●OCR and PDF data extraction.

●AI document and table parsing.

●Web application or dashboard development.

●Mermaid or similar diagram generation tools.

●Git version control.

●Experience with Machine Learning or Deep Learning projects.

●AI consulting or enterprise digital transformation experience.
