A leading consulting firm in Japan is seeking Japanese-English bilingual Consultants to support large-scale business and technology transformation projects for global clients.

This role goes beyond traditional system implementation. You'll work closely with executive stakeholders to bridge business strategy and technology, helping organizations drive digital transformation, AI adoption, cybersecurity initiatives, and enterprise modernization.

With offices expanding across Los Angeles, Singapore, and Australia, the company continues to grow its international consulting practice, offering opportunities to work on global and cross-border projects, particularly across the APAC region.

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

●Deliver end-to-end business and technology consulting services.

●Support digital transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation.

●Analyze business challenges and define transformation roadmaps.

●Lead or support PM, PMO, and enterprise transformation projects.

●Collaborate with multinational teams and global stakeholders.

●Work on AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and enterprise modernization initiatives.

●Drive business process improvements and strategic IT planning.

■ Experience and Qualifications

●Experience as an IT Consultant or IT Engineer.

●Business-level Japanese and English communication skills.

●Ability to communicate professionally with Japanese clients and global stakeholders.

Preferred:

●Experience in business or technology consulting.

●Project Manager (PM) or PMO experience on projects with 100+ team members.

●Leadership experience managing teams of 10+ members.

●Business process consulting experience.

●IT consulting experience, including RFP/RFI preparation or project planning.

●Experience across the full project lifecycle—from solution planning and requirements definition through implementation and operations.

●Strong client engagement and business development capabilities.
