Lead DX for a Global Giant! Seeking SRE Leader Candidates to Drive Multi-Cloud Migration and Support SAP Infrastructure

We are a pioneering technology company responsible for the IT infrastructure and services of a globally recognized major beverage brand group. We are actively driving group-wide digital transformation (DX), including migration to multi-cloud (Azure/AWS) environments and data center automation.
■ Job Description
(At time of hire) You will lead reliability improvements and automation for our multi-cloud (Azure/AWS) and data center infrastructure, as well as SAP system infrastructure (BASIS) operations and support for S/4HANA migrations.
(Scope of change) Duties designated by the company
■ Requirements
・Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
・3+ years of experience in IT architecture and solution design on Azure (primary) and AWS.
・Hands-on system operation and maintenance experience in Linux (RHEL/SLES) environments.
・Experience in SQL/NoSQL database management and supporting SAP system environments, including HANA.
・Hands-on experience with systems migration from ECC to S/4HANA.
・Experience implementing and operating the "JP1" job management system in a SAP RISE environment.
・Business-level proficiency or higher in both Japanese and English (collaboration with multinational teams is required).
■ Preferred Qualifications
・Azure-related certifications (such as AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-305) or AWS operations-related certifications.
・A proven track record in SAP S/4HANA conversion or SAP system upgrades.
・System support experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods / daily necessities and distribution) industry.
