■ Senior Ground Platform Engineer(Senior SRE )

Engineers work directly on end-to-end systems across satellite operations, cloud infrastructure, and large-scale data processing environments using modern cloud-native technologies.

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

●Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure for satellite ground systems using Terraform and Kubernetes
●Lead Disaster Recovery (DR) architecture design and implementation
●Improve CI/CD pipelines and development productivity
●Enhance security, monitoring, and operational reliability for satellite fleet operations
●Drive automation, performance optimization, and cost efficiency using AI agents and cloud technologies
●Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support mission-critical operations

Core Areas
●Cloud & Infrastructure: Google Cloud (GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, BigQuery)
●Container & DevOps: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Argo CD, Argo Rollouts
●Programming: Go, Rust, Python
●Observability & Monitoring: Datadog
●AI Coding Agents: Claude Code, Gemini, Cursor

■ Experience and Qualifications

●3+ years of experience as SRE / Cloud Engineer / DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer

●Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures

●Experience with Terraform or OpenTofu

●Strong understanding of networking, Linux systems, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed systems

●Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure

●Comfortable communicating in English (written and spoken)

●Ability to work hybrid in Tokyo (at least once per week onsite)
