■ Company Overview

We are looking for a talented Senior Product Manager who can clearly define product direction, maximize customer value, and effectively lead our development teams. We welcome candidates who possess a deep understanding of AI technology and customer needs, and who can formulate and execute product strategies that directly drive business results.

 

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

In this position, you will demonstrate leadership by effectively managing our rapidly growing AI products and leading projects to success. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

● Product Strategy Formulation and Execution:

●Develop mid-to-long-term product roadmaps based on the company's vision and business strategy.

●Formulate differentiation strategies through market research and competitor analysis.

●Set product priorities through data-driven decision-making. . 

●Leading Product Development:

●Define requirements and specifications in collaboration with the engineering team.

●Drive product improvements based on user interviews and data analysis.

●Bridge the gap between the latest AI technologies and their practical application.

 

●Cross-functional Collaboration:

●Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify customer needs.

●Provide reports and strategic proposals to executive management.

●Manage and motivate multi-national, multi-disciplinary teams.

Product Strategy: Define product direction, create roadmaps, and set/track KPIs to drive data-based decisions.

●Product Development: Lead the development lifecycle from requirement definition to release planning. Explore applications of the latest AI trends (LLMs, etc.) into our products.

Stakeholder Management: Collect feedback through direct communication with customers and coordinate strategies with management and other departments.

●Global Communication: Build effective communication channels within a multi-national team environment.

 

■ Experience and Qualifications

Product Management Experience: 4+ years of experience in software or system development.

Strategy to Execution: Proven track record of leading product strategy from ideation to market launch.

Data-Driven: Experience in market/competitor analysis and building data-driven decision processes.

Customer Centricity: Experience conducting user interviews to translate business workflows and pain points into technical requirements and system specifications.

Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Language Skills: Japanese: Fluent (Ability to conduct deep discussions with customers and internal teams without friction). English: Business level
