This is a leading cross-border payment gateway for Japan. We help thousands of merchants by providing them with the payment infrastructure they need through developer-friendly API’s to integrations on popular platforms.

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights that inform business decisions.

● Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements, new business initiatives.

● Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that help teams monitor key metrics and performance.

● Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and analysis.

● Work closely with the Engineering team to improve data collection processes and ensure reliable data pipelines.

● Implement access controls where necessary to manage sensitive data and comply with internal policies. 

■ Experience and Qualifications

● 3+ years of experience in data analysis

● Conduct data analysis and present findings to stakeholders in a clear manner.

● Strong background in data analysis with knowledge of SQL.

● Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Excel) to develop insightful reports and dashboards.

● Experience working with large datasets and understanding data integrity and validation processes.

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

● Familiarity with programming languages used for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).

● Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.

● Knowledge of data warehousing and cloud platforms (e.g., Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery).

● Experience with data governance practices to ensure data quality and consistency across the organization.

● Familiarity with self-service BI environments that empower teams to explore data independently
