■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

• Plan design strategies and set organizational goals
• Understand business strategies and define service concepts
• Build teams, onboard and manage members
• Raise awareness of UX
• Communicate design activities to the outside world and collaborate with the design community
• Promote product development in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Create information design, user flows, and wireframes
• Create design systems and follow up on implementation
• Create UI/UX designs for mobile apps and web services

■ Experience and Qualifications

• Fluent level of Japanese
• Strategy planning, problem extraction, hypothesis building, and improvement planning and execution in a design organization
• Leading projects that have a significant impact on business KPIs
• Experience in a series of design work from concept planning to IA design, delivery, evaluation and quality assurance

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate level of English
• Experience participating in management as an executive
• Launching and operating design program management and Design Ops
• IA design in large companies and organizations
• Design experience across fields such as on-screen and paper media
• Engineering experience and knowledge
• Experience introducing generative AI technology into business flows
