The engineering teams work closely across satellite design, operations, and system engineering in a highly agile and innovation-driven environment.

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

●Design and develop satellite systems across the full satellite lifecycle
●Conduct system-level analysis and manage system budgets
●Develop and execute system verification and validation plans
●Design operational concepts and define satellite operation scenarios
●Define, manage, and track system-level requirements
●Manage subsystem interfaces and configuration changes
●Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams
●Manage satellite development schedules and team activities
●Continuously improve satellite development processes and best practices

■ Experience and Qualifications

●Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
●Experience with MATLAB and Simulink
●Minimum 5 years of experience designing and developing complex cross-functional products
●Experience in systems engineering, aerospace, automotive, electronics, or related industries
●Strong project management and stakeholder coordination experience
●Business-level English and conversational-level Japanese required

Preferred:
●Business-level Japanese proficiency
●Experience in the space industry
●Experience in systems engineering
●Knowledge of spacecraft thermal systems or electrical power systems
