Customer Reliability Engineer (CRE)
■ Company Overview
We are a major IT company running one of Japan's #1 messaging apps and many other platforms.
Our tech supports the daily lives of tens of millions of people through APIs and high-level infrastructure.
■ Role & Responsibilities
You will solve tech issues for our messaging and developer platforms.
You'll build tools to help customer support, handle security tasks, and monitor service quality (SLO/SLA) to keep our users happy.
■ What You Need (Requirements)
・2+ years of experience in Web app development (Java, Kotlin, C++, etc.)
・Experience with Spring Boot and SQL.
・Basic knowledge of encryption.
・Great teamwork—you can propose ideas and work well with non-tech teams.
・Business level English (reading and writing).
■ Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)
・Experience with large-scale B2C platforms.
・Background in CRE or Platform Engineering.
・Skill with Jira, Tableau, or API integrations.
・Experience with big data tools like Hive or Spark.
・Understanding of privacy laws or CS on-call experience.
・Japanese language skills (N2-N3 level).
