■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

● Define and execute product strategy aligned with the company’s vision and business goals

● Develop and manage the product roadmap based on market research and competitive analysis

● Prioritize features and product initiatives through data-driven decision making

● Work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements and specifications

● Drive continuous product improvements through user interviews and data analysis

● Lead product releases and oversee the full product lifecycle

● Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs and gather feedback

● Communicate product strategy and progress with management and cross-functional stakeholders

● Coordinate and motivate multinational and cross-functional teams

 

■ Experience and Qualifications

● 4+ years of experience in product management for software or system development

● Experience leading product strategy from planning through execution

● Experience defining product direction through market research and competitive analysis

● Experience collaborating with development teams to define product requirements

● Strong data-driven decision-making skills

● Experience translating customer needs into product features and system specifications

● Excellent stakeholder communication skills

● Language: Japanese (fluent) or English (business level)

 

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

● Experience scaling products after achieving Product-Market Fit (PMF)

● Knowledge of AI, SaaS products, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

● Understanding of NLP technologies and generative AI models

● Experience working with global or cross-functional teams
