■ Your Role and Responsibilities
(Upon Employment)You will lead a high-performing Digital Engineering team, defining technical strategies and overseeing the full lifecycle of technology projects. This includes managing internal and external resources, translating business needs into technical plans, and ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
(Scope of any potential changes) Duties as defined by the company
■ Experience and Qualifications
• 5 to 10 years of experience in project delivery and management. • Proficiency in Java, .NET, and Web Technologies like React or Angular. • Strong bilingual skills: Japanese (N2 or above) and Business English fluency. • Experience with API management, SQL/No-SQL databases, and Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). • Experience in the insurance domain (Life, Commercial, or Consumer lines).
■ Additional Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with Gen AI, LLMs, and GitHub CoPilot. • Expertise in messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus. • Proven track record in driving large-scale digital transformation and organizational change. • Familiarity with automated code quality tools such as SonarQube or Fortify.
