■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and launch of data-driven products. Your key duties include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive product roadmap from concept to launch.
• Collaborating with stakeholders, engineering, design, and analytics teams to translate business needs into user stories and requirements.
• Leading the functional design process and prioritizing the sprint backlog in an Agile environment.
• Transforming data insights into actionable products that improve the customer experience.
• Tracking and reporting on product performance and identifying opportunities or risks.

■ Experience and Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the Product and Service Industry.
• 7+ years of experience in Software Development.
• Native-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
• Proven track record of launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and iterative development.
• Experience driving end-to-end delivery of data solutions (APIs, dashboards, real-time alerts).
