■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

● Build and deliver systems that translate the large-scale language model into real user value

● Lead design and development processes under high uncertainty, from concept to production

● Improve team productivity through effective development process design

● Take end-to-end ownership of ML systems, from algorithms to deployment and operation

 

■ Experience and Qualifications

● 5+ years of professional development or ML engineering experience

● Strong leadership skills to define and implement solutions from ambiguous requirements

● High engineering standards and a mindset focused on ideal solutions and continuous improvement

● Alignment with the mission to create world-class user experiences using LLMs

 

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

● Hands-on experience with MLOps in production environments

● Experience designing model evaluation metrics and benchmarks

● Background in statistical analysis, data processing, visualization, and modeling
