■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach team members on Agile best practices and principles.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.
• Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts).
• Promote transparency and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to scaling Agile practices.
• Communicate effectively in both Japanese and English across multicultural teams.

■ Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Agile delivery, including roles as Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English (Business Level or Higher).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, financial services, or IT transformation projects. 
• Prior experience working in Japanese corporate environments.
• Ability to translate Agile concepts effectively across language and cultural contexts.
